Fishbone Piggies

Thanks everyone for being so patient with me. It was so nice to hear everyone who likes my ideas. It sure gives me incentive to keep 'em coming! I am sorry I have really let this blog go... I guess being PTA President and mom to six is more time consuming than I thought it would be! As a thank you, I have a giveaway coming right up for all you faithful followers....

Now, on to the long awaited hairstyle (I sure hope I don't diappoint. And I apologize if it's already been done somewhere else already. ;P In my busy life, I haven't been keeping up on all the other fabulous hair blogs.)........

When my daughter wears her hair like this, people stop her and try to figure out how it is done. It really is easier than you'd think. And it happened quite by accident one day, but I love the result more than what I had originally intended.....

I've been following your blog for awhile, although I've never commented, and I'm glad to see you're back! I love this style. It didn't work in my little girl's hair, hers is a little too short to work with. But I used just the top half of her hair for the fishbone piggies and let the rest hang loose. It was adorable! Thanks again for the ideas.

Nice video. I linked your video to the posting I did on this a while ago since I think this may be easier explained than with just pictures.

By the way, your daughter is way too cute!

Awesome!! That is SO clever and something I have never ever seen before! I can't wait to give it a try. I know it would look darling on my teenager, but she's getting to that place where she doesn't want me to do her hair anymore!

NO!!!!!!

Thank goodness for little sister!! Hey, I'm really proud of you for getting involved with your school despite the fact that you have a six pack. I've always used my six pack as my excuse to stay away from the "extra", but it seems like you have your priorities straight. Rock on girl friend!

Hi there! The first time I saw this post, I couldn't get the video to work. I finally got my computer to cooperate today so I am so excited to try this 'do! Thank you so much for sharing it!

I am president of my school's PTA too - but I only have half as many kids as you do! I'll remember that the next time I think I can't keep up! ;)
